The dual fuel power solutions allows conventional diesel engines to operate on a mixture of gas fuels and distillate fuel oil or HFO. It can operate in either dual fuel mode or pure fuel oil (diesel oil or HFO) mode. Typical applications for this technology include power generation, pumps, compressors, marine propulsion and electromotive. The Dual Fuel System is also available in kit form for easy retrofit and engines converted to Dual Fuel will typically meet or exceed projected overhaul intervals. We offer a wide range of dual fuel engines with power output from 330 kW to 23,000 kW and above as required.
Classification of Dual Fuel Engines:
According to the different fuel combinations with pilot fuel(diesel oil), it can be divided into LNG dual fuel engine, Methanol dual fuel engine, Liquid ammonia dual fuel engine, etc.
Marine Dual Fuel Engines are a major force in cargo and passenger ship propulsion and hence play a valuable role in facilitating world trade. Four-stroke engines of this type offer a power to weight ratio that makes them ideal for LNG ship, Liquid ammonia carrier, Methanol tanker, Cruise vessel, Ferry and Large multi-purpose freighter.
